2018
IFAS was incepted with a cavalry of 70 employees
2019
IFAS grew to 80 employees with projects from Emcor, Baeshen, ICAD, FIRSTFIX and BAUMAT
2020
Commenced heavy sanitization operations in KAIA and MACCAH through SBG and MBL
2021
IFAS saw a massive growth spurt to mass 800 employees while acquiring projects such as Jeddah Yacht Club and KAFD
2022
IFAS tripled in size to around 2000 employees while acquiring projects like WDS (World Defence Show) through SELA
2023
IFAS oversaw continued growth throughout 2023 to cope with increased project scopes.
2024
IFAS acquires FM contracts from clients in the likes of Dussur and The Saudi Motorsport Company
